

Two of the most misunderstood things in our business are the compensation plan and being a pioneer as we expand to new territories.
While our compensation plan is different for most people when first coming to our industry, some of those differences are what can set you free. It is your responsibility to learn how it works. It is true that Ambit will pay you anyway, but if you understand the pay plan you tend to be better at what I call, “Playing where the money is”. The best way to learn is a document in PowerZone called “Getting Paid”. That along with attendance at multiple trainings will help you become a master of the plan. Get it, read it and talk with your sponsor or SC about it. Being a pioneer has it’s challenges as well.
There is huge money to be made in new territories as Ambit expands across America and possible beyond. However, it will come with special challenges. As someone that started when even Texas was new and having personally helped launch almost every expansion, I have experienced the challenges. I am sure glad I have and it is rewarding to understand that it is like a gold coin with challenge on one side and opportunity on the other. Keep after it and you will see it land opportunity up!
